• Account & order data: name, email, phone (optional), billing address, and the products you've purchased.
• Health intake data: answers you submit on assessments, including injuries, conditions, and medications you choose to share.
• Payment data: processed by Stripe | FitXone does not store card numbers.
• Usage data: cookies, device, browser, and page view data used to improve the site.
• Communications: emails, support requests, and AI assistant conversations.

• Deliver the programs, coaching, and app access you purchased.
• Personalise your assessment recommendation.
• Send order confirmations, app invites, and service emails.

We process your data on the basis of contract performance (delivering the services you purchased), your consent (where you opt in), our legitimate interests (improving and securing the service), and legal obligation (where required by law).
